I was in Laval for medical reasons. My husband appreciated the surrounding district during the time he was on his own. We were able to speak some French but it was very important for English to be available for us and the Sheraton staff were very helpful. It was important for the washroom facilities to accommodate a person with mobility issues... There were lots of bars, a seat for showering, and a very adjustable spray wand. The room has an excellent black out blind. We enjoyed the well kept pool and spa area every day. We had a question about how we were charged for one aspect of our stay which was fairly and suitably resolved. It was a great place to stay.

the staff! super nice and accommodating. I go to hotels a lot with my boyfriend because he travels quite a bit for work and I’m lucky that he can bring me along at times, but out of all the hotels (and there’s been a lot)…. the bed!! I need to know this mattress type and brand and pillows!! I don’t think I’ve had this much of a restful deep sleep in years. I would check in again on my own just to experience it another time

My daughter and grand-daughter and I had a wonderful time; We shopped; we were spoiled at Amerispa. Sheraton gave us coupons for 25.00$ each for Amerispa!!! The pool and hot tub absolutely wonderful. Everything was perfect. I will be back soon. The staff who spoiled me throughout my visit will always be remembered. Thank you for making my visit special.

Great service! Even from before we arrived they answered any questions we had. Quick check in and check out. Clean and nice room. We loved that they had the 24h bistro in the lobby! Parking was a breeze as there were two parkings on either side of the building.
